About The Role And The CandidateSubmer Inc. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative who is eager to take the first step towards a successful career in Outside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive outreach, fostering relationships with prospective clients/partners, and providing exceptional customer experiences.As an integral part of our Sales team, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge to develop into a future Outside Sales role, showcasing your ability to nurture and close deals.
Responsabilities
- Proactive Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and partners.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing their inquiries and understanding their unique needs to position Submer's solutions effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Submer's product offerings, technological advantages, and competitive landscape to articulate value propositions to potential customers.
- Solution Consultation: Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with tailored immersion cooling solutions that align with their data center requirements and energy efficiency goals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry and effective sales pipeline management.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales team/partners, sharing insights, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance overall sales strategies.
- Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts, while actively participating in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise, positioning yourself for a successful transition into an Outside Sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and a desire to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts and articulate them effectively to potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and transition into an Outside Sales role in the future.
