With a current team of 10 A-players - and growing very fast! - this is a unique opportunity to join early a very ambitious project, take responsibility and ownership and build a world-class team.

The Job

Define and execute the sales strategy across the different verticals
Generate new leads, and convert them to achieve Neat's ambitious growth targets
Win and sign customers in France and Europe across the verticals
Build up a strong sales network
Convert leads (both inbound and outbound) into commercial success; be able to build strong relationships and successfully network
Explore new opportunities and chase them
Engage with customers on technical topics
Analyse the needs of your customers and create an end-to-end strategy from prospecting through to the contract negotiation and final integration
Constant observation of market developments as well as being seen at trade fairs and conferences

Desired profile

Strong leadership skills for an ambitious profile who likes challenges and seeks to exceed objectives;
Excellent interpersonal skills allowing coaching and transmission of skills
A minimum of several years in sales with a successful track record in outperformance
Ownership, ability to take risks and be aggressive
Innovative, think outside the box, and generate new ideas and opportunities
Knowledge of the players in the major verticals
A competitive mindset and a focus on impact and excellence
Passionate about sales with a real business sense but above all enthusiasm and team spirit!
