With Klarna's acquisition of PriceRunner we are going into an even more exciting phase to build the world’s most loved comparison shopping world wide called Klarna Search. The Business Development Operations Associate will assist with launching this exciting new feature by onboarding merchants to Klarna Search, supporting our sales teams’ in selling Klarna Search and being that go to person to our merchants to provide a one of a kind service and onboarding experience.
Who You Are:
- You have a good understanding of eCommerce and the desire to truly make a difference for your customers.
- Your motivation is what matters most, having the desire to learn new things and solve all inquiries from merchants and users.
- Ambitious and shows significant drive in everything you do.
- Passionate about your job and enjoys a fast paced, international working environment.
- Always desires to go above and beyond to produce the best results!
- Someone who dares to challenge the status quo and be persistent.
- Proactive by nature and comes up with new thinking and ideation that adds value and innovation to your team.
You Should Have:
- 1-2 years of administrative, support or operational experience
- Experience working in e-commerce is a plus
- Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English
