- Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine our marketing strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and growth objectives. Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve results.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and contractors. Collaborate with these partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses a variety of formats, including blogs, social media, videos, and more. Ensure content aligns with our brand voice, resonates with our target audience, and drives engagement.
- Drive our online presence through effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels. Monitor trends in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Champion the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and communications.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Provide regular updates to the leadership team, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring their needs are met and concerns or issues that arise are addressed
- Work cross-functionally with customer experience, sales, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company initiatives
WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
- Proven track record of generating B2B and channel partner demand, fostering strong relationships with B2B partners, driving collaborative initiatives, and achieving mutual success through strategic engagement and shared marketing efforts.
- Experience in the technology or insurtech industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency with digital advertising and marketing tools as well as platforms such as Google Analytics, CRMs, social media management, product analytics tools, etc.

The base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $160,000. Total compensation for this position is $225,000 or more. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
