Job Description: Startup Sales Representative

Introduction:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic startup sales team as a Sales Representative.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads: identify potential customers and generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and other creative methods.
2. Sales Funnel Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, set up appointments, conduct product presentations, and negotiate with clients.
3. Product Knowledge: Understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to potential customers.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a startup or technology company environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
