As a Remote Administrative Assistant based in Argentina for our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team from afar. Your responsibilities will include managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring our operations run smoothly across different time zones.
This is a full-time contractor role, and will require you to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
This is an in-person role working from our working space in Buenos Aires.
- Virtual Administrative Support: Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers. Organize virtual meetings, manage calendars, and take detailed minutes.
- Communication Management: Efficiently manage emails and phone calls, ensuring professional and timely communication. Coordinate with team members across various time zones.
- Digital Document Handling: Develop and maintain digital filing systems. Manage electronic documents and office policies.
- Invoicing and customer billing support
- Task and Project Coordination: Prepare and reconcile virtual expense reports. Offer support for various remote projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office software, along with an aptitude for learning new technology.
- Strong understanding of remote working dynamics, including effective online communication and time management.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Must be based in Argentina with a suitable home office setup.
